Simulation Parameters Controller

This deck allows hospital supervisors to simulate the digital environment in real-time. Triggering incidents simulates telephone, email or WhatsApp requests. The system auto-assigns technicians and logs performance metrics.

Database Backup & Restore

Export the current system state (tickets, users, logs, and KB articles) to a JSON file or import a previously saved backup.

Import Employee Directory (CSV / Google Sheets)

Wipe demo accounts and upload your actual employees from a CSV file or a direct Google Sheets link. Columns must include: HRIS ID, Full Name, Email, Role (user/tech/admin), Department.

Note: The Google Sheet must be shared as "Anyone with the link can view".
